Setup of Odoo Website Product Inquiry - Pre-sale query was straightforward. One setting was not obvious, I mailed support and they walked me through it without a ticket ping-pong. Using it daily now on Odoo.

That is rare. After two weeks on Odoo Website Product Inquiry - Pre-sale query the warehouse / support people did not want to go back. I am not uninstalling a tool they actually like.
