Administrator Customization:

Admins can easily hide pricing information, remove add-to-cart buttons, and disable quantity selectors on individual products or in bulk to create a more tailored user experience.

Offer Quotation Submission:

Customers can click the "Offer Quotation" button to submit their desired price or share competitor quotes, including relevant links when applicable.

Admin Review and Approval:

Upon receiving customer submissions, admins get notified via email and can review these requests in the Odoo backend.

Admins have the flexibility to enter their proposed price and set an expiry date for the quotation approval.

Customer Notification:

After approval, customers are automatically notified via email about the approved price.

Purchase with Approved Price:

Customers can add the product to their cart at the approved price and proceed to checkout seamlessly.

Steps to configure the app:

Backend Configurations:

1. Navigate to Website -> eCommerce -> Products -> Select Product -> Sales tab.

2. Select the options, which you want to show or hide on the product page. Save the settings

3. The customers will now have a “Price Quotation” button on the front end through which they can fill out the form and submit their quote.

4. Once submitted, the admin will receive a mail about the details of the quote.

5. Admin can visit the backend. Navigate to Website -> eCommerce -> Price Quotation.

6. Admin can see the details filled by the customer. Admin needs to enter his offer price and quotation expiry date.

7. Once the admin approves the quotation after filling in the details, the customer will receive an email.

8. Upon going into the My Account section, the customer can open My Quotations. He can see that his quote has been accepted and can the price on which the admin has accepted the quote. The add to Cart button becomes available.

9. Upon pressing add to cart, the product will the specified quantity will get added to the cart with the specific price and quantity that the admin quoted.

10. If a customer tries to increase/decrease quantity, the app won't allow that.

11. If a customer tries to redeem the quotation after the expiry date, the app won't allow that.

12. The customer will be notified of this action via email.

13. Admin can also apply this feature to specific selected products and can apply this feature to all the products in the shop via a bulk action. To apply via bulk, Navigate to Odoo Settings.
