Select Pay on Delivery; users enter details for payment collection by the delivery person.

Checkout Option' is added to the backend order after confirming the order.

Options are unavailable until checkout payment settings are enabled.

Pay on Delivery:- Customers opt to pay cash when their order is delivered to their address, which provides flexibility for those who prefer not to use online payment methods.
Admin Configuration Control:- Website admins can manage payment options via the admin configuration panel. They can enable or disable specific payment methods based on customer preferences and business needs.

Steps:

Go to website configuration setting -> Navigate to the payment option configuration section.
