By opening a Validated transaction, we can view detailed payment information along with the payment history. In the invoice, open the Payment Transaction to view details and process a refund. Clicking on Refund opens a wizard displaying transaction details; click Refund to complete the process. After processing the refund, navigate to Payment Transactions and open the record to view the Alma refund details. In Alma, we can see that the refund has been successfully processed and updated in the transaction details. A new order can be created from the Sales module. Navigate to the Action menu and select Generate a Payment Link to proceed. A wizard will open to generate the payment link; once generated, copy the link to proceed. Open the copied link in a new tab and select Alma as the payment method to complete the transaction.
