Odoo Order Status Tracking is not trying to be a whole new admin. It adds the piece we were missing and stays out of the way. That is harder to find than it sounds.

That is always my fear with Odoo modules. Order Status Tracking sat beside our payment and shipping setup and did not fight them. We placed test orders the same evening and they looked right.

The translation strings in Odoo Order Status Tracking are slightly inconsistent and one filter could be faster. Functionally it does what we bought it for, and support did not disappear after payment.
