Terms and Conditions of Use
Software license terms for Weblytic Labs PrestaShop, Odoo, Magento, and Shopify products purchased from our store.
License Agreement
This Agreement becomes effective on the date you purchase software or a digital product from Weblytic Labs ("Licensor"). By completing a purchase on store.weblyticlabs.com, you ("Licensee") agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Weblytic Labs builds and sells ready-to-use commerce and ERP products for PrestaShop, Odoo, Magento, Shopify, and related platforms, plus custom development when the catalog is not enough.
Definitions
- Derivative Works - Works you create that are based on the Source Code and/or Documentation, including modifications, translations, or adaptations.
- Documentation - Written or digital materials related to the Software, including technical notes and usage instructions.
- Improvements - Modifications or changes to the Software made during the term of this Agreement.
- Source Code - The source form of the Software maintained by Licensor, including related non-third-party libraries, components, and Documentation.
- Software - The module, extension, app, connector, or other digital product you purchased, including updates Licensor may provide.
Software License
Licensor grants Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Software to develop or operate a website or application on one production domain, unless the product page expressly states different domain rights.
- Use the Software for your own business or client project under this license.
- Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or publicly publish the Software or Source Code.
- Do not place the Software on a public server for shared download or redistribution.
- Keep any Source Code repositories private and access-controlled.
Bulk Licence Purchase
For agency packs, multi-store portfolios, or bulk licensing across many domains, contact support@weblyticlabs.com. Bulk terms are agreed in writing and may replace the single-domain rule above.
Title and Ownership
All rights, title, copyright, and interest in the Software, Source Code, Documentation, Improvements, and error corrections remain with Weblytic Labs. Purchase of a license does not transfer ownership.
Payment
License fees are payable in advance through the payment methods offered at checkout. Except where our refund or exchange rules expressly apply, license fees are non-refundable after download or delivery of access credentials.
Term and Termination
This Agreement begins on the payment date and continues until terminated. Licensor may terminate the license for material non-compliance. Licensee may terminate by uninstalling and destroying all copies of the Software. Termination does not create a refund obligation unless a written policy says otherwise.
Indemnification
Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Licensor harmless from claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from Licensee misuse of the Software, breach of this Agreement, unauthorized redistribution, or violation of third-party rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Licensor total liability for any claim related to the Software will not exceed the amount Licensee paid for that Software.
The Software is provided for professional ecommerce and ERP use. Always test on a staging environment before deploying to production.
Updates and Compatibility
Licensor may publish updates for platform compatibility and security. Compatibility with every third-party theme, module, or future platform release is not guaranteed. Product pages and changelogs describe the supported versions at the time of purchase.
Support
Paid products include the support window described on the product page or in your order confirmation. Free products are provided as-is unless you purchase a support plan such as Business Care. For help, email support@weblyticlabs.com.
