Odoo CRM Email Notification is not trying to be a whole new admin. It adds the piece we were missing and stays out of the way. That is harder to find than it sounds.

CRM Email Notification replaced a messy mix of overrides we had been maintaining ourselves. Less to break on updates, and the back office screens are clear enough that our ops person did not need me on calls.

I tested CRM Email Notification on a staging copy first, then on production with real products. No surprises. A few labels I would word differently, but the behaviour is correct and that is what we paid for.

The translation strings in Odoo CRM Email Notification are slightly inconsistent and one filter could be faster. Functionally it does what we bought it for, and support did not disappear after payment.

That was the test. If the store manager can use CRM Email Notification without a Zoom call, it is good enough. They could. A couple of tooltips would help, but we are fine.
