Call Back Request replaced a messy mix of overrides we had been maintaining ourselves. Less to break on updates, and the back office screens are clear enough that our ops person did not need me on calls.

This was not a nice-to-have. PrestaShop Call Back Request solved a process we were doing in spreadsheets. Staff still mention it when they do not have to copy-paste between tools.

Call Back Request is focused. I would rather that than an “all in one” that is average at twelve jobs. We already have a PrestaShop stack; this fills a gap.

PrestaShop Call Back Request is not trying to be a whole new admin. It adds the piece we were missing and stays out of the way. That is harder to find than it sounds.

The translation strings in PrestaShop Call Back Request are slightly inconsistent and one filter could be faster. Functionally it does what we bought it for, and support did not disappear after payment.
