We are not huge, but we are not a demo shop either. Magento Help Desk | Support Ticket | Live-Chat did not fall over on a campaign weekend. That is when I decided it was staying.

Magento Help Desk | Support Ticket | Live-Chat is not trying to be a whole new admin. It adds the piece we were missing and stays out of the way. That is harder to find than it sounds.

We run more than one Magento catalog. Help Desk is going on the second shop as well. Config is copyable enough that it will not be a project.

The translation strings in Magento Help Desk | Support Ticket | Live-Chat are slightly inconsistent and one filter could be faster. Functionally it does what we bought it for, and support did not disappear after payment.

That is always my fear with Magento modules. Help Desk sat beside our payment and shipping setup and did not fight them. We placed test orders the same evening and they looked right.
