We are not a pure B2C shop. Magento Request A Call Back did not assume every visitor is a guest with a coupon. That made the difference versus the last module we tried.

Request A Call Back replaced a messy mix of overrides we had been maintaining ourselves. Less to break on updates, and the back office screens are clear enough that our ops person did not need me on calls.

That is always my fear with Magento modules. Request A Call Back sat beside our payment and shipping setup and did not fight them. We placed test orders the same evening and they looked right.

I look at last-update dates before I buy. Magento Request A Call Back is clearly looked after. Combined with usable docs, that is why it beat a cheaper abandoned add-on.
