That was the test. If the store manager can use Attach Files to Order without a Zoom call, it is good enough. They could. A couple of tooltips would help, but we are fine.

Attach Files to Order took a process that lived in Google Sheets and put it next to the orders. Mistakes dropped because people stopped retyping. That is the whole story.
