Inside Viva, the refund status is updated successfully, and the processed refund is reflected in the transaction details. After creating a sales order, navigate to the Action menu and select Generate a Payment Link to proceed. Generate the payment link from the wizard, then copy and share the link to proceed with payment collection. After successful payment, users can initiate a refund and enter a lower refund amount when required. Inside Viva, refunded and partial refund transactions are updated in the transaction list.
