I look at last-update dates before I buy. PrestaShop Store Pickup - Drive & Collect | Click & Collect is clearly looked after. Combined with usable docs, that is why it beat a cheaper abandoned add-on.

Store Pickup - Drive & Collect replaced a messy mix of overrides we had been maintaining ourselves. Less to break on updates, and the back office screens are clear enough that our ops person did not need me on calls.

I read the guide first — it was enough to install Store Pickup - Drive & Collect. Later we wanted a small behaviour change; support confirmed what was possible and what was not, which I prefer to a vague yes.
