I compared the feature list on Odoo AI Shopping Assistant with what landed in our back office. It is the same product. No surprise locked screens. Ratings would be 5 if the email templates were a bit nicer.

Setup of Odoo AI Shopping Assistant was straightforward. One setting was not obvious, I mailed support and they walked me through it without a ticket ping-pong. Using it daily now on Odoo.

I look at last-update dates before I buy. Odoo AI Shopping Assistant is clearly looked after. Combined with usable docs, that is why it beat a cheaper abandoned add-on.

Odoo AI Shopping Assistant is not trying to be a whole new admin. It adds the piece we were missing and stays out of the way. That is harder to find than it sounds.

We are not a pure B2C shop. Odoo AI Shopping Assistant did not assume every visitor is a guest with a coupon. That made the difference versus the last module we tried.

We run more than one Odoo catalog. AI Shopping Assistant is going on the second shop as well. Config is copyable enough that it will not be a project.

Came from another vendor whose Odoo module had gone quiet. AI Shopping Assistant is maintained, the screens make sense, and we have not had a regression after two Odoo minor updates.

AI Shopping Assistant replaced a messy mix of overrides we had been maintaining ourselves. Less to break on updates, and the back office screens are clear enough that our ops person did not need me on calls.

I checked overrides after installing AI Shopping Assistant. It did not spray files everywhere. Easier to live with on Odoo, which we still update ourselves.
