Fits a B2B-ish catalog

We are not a pure B2C shop. Odoo Marketplace RMA did not assume every visitor is a guest with a coupon. That made the difference versus the last module we tried.

We have been on Marketplace RMA long enough that I forget it is a third-party module. That is the compliment. When something does need a look, the logs and settings are where I expect them.

I usually budget a week to make a new module usable. Odoo Marketplace RMA was useful after install and a coffee. Tweaked two options and left it.

I read the guide first — it was enough to install Marketplace RMA. Later we wanted a small behaviour change; support confirmed what was possible and what was not, which I prefer to a vague yes.

I compared the feature list on Odoo Marketplace RMA with what landed in our back office. It is the same product. No surprise locked screens. Ratings would be 5 if the email templates were a bit nicer.

We run more than one Odoo catalog. Marketplace RMA is going on the second shop as well. Config is copyable enough that it will not be a project.

I spent time on the live demo before buying Odoo Marketplace RMA. What we installed was the same product, not a trimmed showcase. That matters.

I look at last-update dates before I buy. Odoo Marketplace RMA is clearly looked after. Combined with usable docs, that is why it beat a cheaper abandoned add-on.
