We recovered the cost of POS Ticketing System in the first month just in admin time. Not a slogan — I looked at the old process. It was worse than I remembered.

POS Ticketing System replaced a messy mix of overrides we had been maintaining ourselves. Less to break on updates, and the back office screens are clear enough that our ops person did not need me on calls.

We had a patchwork of free tools doing half of this. POS Ticketing System is one place, one config, and the result is easier to explain to the rest of the team. Price was fair for that.

I checked overrides after installing POS Ticketing System. It did not spray files everywhere. Easier to live with on Odoo, which we still update ourselves.

That is always my fear with Odoo modules. POS Ticketing System sat beside our payment and shipping setup and did not fight them. We placed test orders the same evening and they looked right.

I usually budget a week to make a new module usable. Odoo POS Ticketing System was useful after install and a coffee. Tweaked two options and left it.

I compared the feature list on Odoo POS Ticketing System with what landed in our back office. It is the same product. No surprise locked screens. Ratings would be 5 if the email templates were a bit nicer.

That is rare. After two weeks on Odoo POS Ticketing System the warehouse / support people did not want to go back. I am not uninstalling a tool they actually like.

POS Ticketing System is focused. I would rather that than an “all in one” that is average at twelve jobs. We already have a Odoo stack; this fills a gap.
