Came from another vendor whose Odoo module had gone quiet. Brevo Connector is maintained, the screens make sense, and we have not had a regression after two Odoo minor updates.

A lot of modules get installed and then ignored. Odoo Brevo Connector is in the daily path. That is the only review that counts in our shop.

We run promotions most weekends. Odoo Brevo Connector handled the extra traffic and the staff still found the screens quickly. Documentation covered the bits we needed; I did not have to reverse-engineer it.

Setup of Odoo Brevo Connector was straightforward. One setting was not obvious, I mailed support and they walked me through it without a ticket ping-pong. Using it daily now on Odoo.

I tested Brevo Connector on a staging copy first, then on production with real products. No surprises. A few labels I would word differently, but the behaviour is correct and that is what we paid for.

I look at last-update dates before I buy. Odoo Brevo Connector is clearly looked after. Combined with usable docs, that is why it beat a cheaper abandoned add-on.

That is rare. After two weeks on Odoo Brevo Connector the warehouse / support people did not want to go back. I am not uninstalling a tool they actually like.

That was the test. If the store manager can use Brevo Connector without a Zoom call, it is good enough. They could. A couple of tooltips would help, but we are fine.

Odoo Brevo Connector is not trying to be a whole new admin. It adds the piece we were missing and stays out of the way. That is harder to find than it sounds.

Updated Brevo Connector alongside a Odoo patch last month. Cleared cache, checked the two flows we care about, done. That should be normal and often is not.
