That is rare. After two weeks on Odoo FedEx Shipping Connector the warehouse / support people did not want to go back. I am not uninstalling a tool they actually like.

I look at last-update dates before I buy. Odoo FedEx Shipping Connector is clearly looked after. Combined with usable docs, that is why it beat a cheaper abandoned add-on.

The translation strings in Odoo FedEx Shipping Connector are slightly inconsistent and one filter could be faster. Functionally it does what we bought it for, and support did not disappear after payment.

I read the guide first — it was enough to install FedEx Shipping Connector. Later we wanted a small behaviour change; support confirmed what was possible and what was not, which I prefer to a vague yes.

That was the test. If the store manager can use FedEx Shipping Connector without a Zoom call, it is good enough. They could. A couple of tooltips would help, but we are fine.

FedEx Shipping Connector is focused. I would rather that than an “all in one” that is average at twelve jobs. We already have a Odoo stack; this fills a gap.
