That was the test. If the store manager can use UPI Payment Provider without a Zoom call, it is good enough. They could. A couple of tooltips would help, but we are fine.

We bought UPI Payment Provider after trying a couple of other Odoo add-ons that looked similar on paper. This one matched our workflow instead of forcing a new one. Install was clean and we were live the same afternoon.

That is always my fear with Odoo modules. UPI Payment Provider sat beside our payment and shipping setup and did not fight them. We placed test orders the same evening and they looked right.

We are not a pure B2C shop. Odoo UPI Payment Provider did not assume every visitor is a guest with a coupon. That made the difference versus the last module we tried.

Setup of Odoo UPI Payment Provider was straightforward. One setting was not obvious, I mailed support and they walked me through it without a ticket ping-pong. Using it daily now on Odoo.
