A lot of modules get installed and then ignored. Odoo POS Paypal Payment Method is in the daily path. That is the only review that counts in our shop.

That is rare. After two weeks on Odoo POS Paypal Payment Method the warehouse / support people did not want to go back. I am not uninstalling a tool they actually like.
