We had a patchwork of free tools doing half of this. Cancel Order by Customer - Auto Cancel is one place, one config, and the result is easier to explain to the rest of the team. Price was fair for that.

PrestaShop Cancel Order by Customer - Auto Cancel is not trying to be a whole new admin. It adds the piece we were missing and stays out of the way. That is harder to find than it sounds.

Cancel Order by Customer - Auto Cancel is focused. I would rather that than an “all in one” that is average at twelve jobs. We already have a PrestaShop stack; this fills a gap.
