We did not advertise Odoo Custom Product Field. A couple of regulars still commented that checkout / catalog felt less clumsy. That is the only review I really needed.

We are not huge, but we are not a demo shop either. Odoo Custom Product Field did not fall over on a campaign weekend. That is when I decided it was staying.

I checked overrides after installing Custom Product Field. It did not spray files everywhere. Easier to live with on Odoo, which we still update ourselves.

We run more than one Odoo catalog. Custom Product Field is going on the second shop as well. Config is copyable enough that it will not be a project.
