We bought Delivery Dashboard after trying a couple of other Odoo add-ons that looked similar on paper. This one matched our workflow instead of forcing a new one. Install was clean and we were live the same afternoon.

I usually budget a week to make a new module usable. Odoo Delivery Dashboard was useful after install and a coffee. Tweaked two options and left it.

I read the guide first — it was enough to install Delivery Dashboard. Later we wanted a small behaviour change; support confirmed what was possible and what was not, which I prefer to a vague yes.

First pass at the config of Delivery Dashboard I overcomplicated. Support said to start with the defaults. They were right. Running simply now.

The translation strings in Odoo Delivery Dashboard are slightly inconsistent and one filter could be faster. Functionally it does what we bought it for, and support did not disappear after payment.

We did not advertise Odoo Delivery Dashboard. A couple of regulars still commented that checkout / catalog felt less clumsy. That is the only review I really needed.

I compared the feature list on Odoo Delivery Dashboard with what landed in our back office. It is the same product. No surprise locked screens. Ratings would be 5 if the email templates were a bit nicer.

That was the test. If the store manager can use Delivery Dashboard without a Zoom call, it is good enough. They could. A couple of tooltips would help, but we are fine.
