POS Signature replaced a messy mix of overrides we had been maintaining ourselves. Less to break on updates, and the back office screens are clear enough that our ops person did not need me on calls.

That is always my fear with Odoo modules. POS Signature sat beside our payment and shipping setup and did not fight them. We placed test orders the same evening and they looked right.

We did not advertise Odoo POS Signature. A couple of regulars still commented that checkout / catalog felt less clumsy. That is the only review I really needed.

I have configured too many Odoo modules that dump 40 switches on one page. Odoo POS Signature is grouped in a way that I could hand to a junior and not worry.

Odoo POS Signature is not trying to be a whole new admin. It adds the piece we were missing and stays out of the way. That is harder to find than it sounds.

I am not a full-time developer. POS Signature uses words we use in the shop, not only technical labels. I still asked one question; after that we were independent.

POS Signature took a process that lived in Google Sheets and put it next to the orders. Mistakes dropped because people stopped retyping. That is the whole story.

We run promotions most weekends. Odoo POS Signature handled the extra traffic and the staff still found the screens quickly. Documentation covered the bits we needed; I did not have to reverse-engineer it.
