We bought Backorder & Order Split Management after trying a couple of other PrestaShop add-ons that looked similar on paper. This one matched our workflow instead of forcing a new one. Install was clean and we were live the same afternoon.

We run promotions most weekends. Prestashop Backorder & Order Split Management handled the extra traffic and the staff still found the screens quickly. Documentation covered the bits we needed; I did not have to reverse-engineer it.

Backorder & Order Split Management is focused. I would rather that than an “all in one” that is average at twelve jobs. We already have a PrestaShop stack; this fills a gap.

That is rare. After two weeks on Prestashop Backorder & Order Split Management the warehouse / support people did not want to go back. I am not uninstalling a tool they actually like.

That is always my fear with PrestaShop modules. Backorder & Order Split Management sat beside our payment and shipping setup and did not fight them. We placed test orders the same evening and they looked right.
