I usually budget a week to make a new module usable. Prestashop Store Community Forum was useful after install and a coffee. Tweaked two options and left it.

Store Community Forum replaced a messy mix of overrides we had been maintaining ourselves. Less to break on updates, and the back office screens are clear enough that our ops person did not need me on calls.

I look at last-update dates before I buy. Prestashop Store Community Forum is clearly looked after. Combined with usable docs, that is why it beat a cheaper abandoned add-on.
