I usually budget a week to make a new module usable. Prestashop Field Sales Agent | CRM, Routes & Commission Manager was useful after install and a coffee. Tweaked two options and left it.

Prestashop Field Sales Agent | CRM, Routes & Commission Manager is not trying to be a whole new admin. It adds the piece we were missing and stays out of the way. That is harder to find than it sounds.

Field Sales Agent is focused. I would rather that than an “all in one” that is average at twelve jobs. We already have a PrestaShop stack; this fills a gap.

Field Sales Agent replaced a messy mix of overrides we had been maintaining ourselves. Less to break on updates, and the back office screens are clear enough that our ops person did not need me on calls.

That was the test. If the store manager can use Field Sales Agent without a Zoom call, it is good enough. They could. A couple of tooltips would help, but we are fine.
