I look at last-update dates before I buy. Prestashop Customer Data Cleanup & Auto Deletion is clearly looked after. Combined with usable docs, that is why it beat a cheaper abandoned add-on.

That was the test. If the store manager can use Customer Data Cleanup & Auto Deletion without a Zoom call, it is good enough. They could. A couple of tooltips would help, but we are fine.

The translation strings in Prestashop Customer Data Cleanup & Auto Deletion are slightly inconsistent and one filter could be faster. Functionally it does what we bought it for, and support did not disappear after payment.
