I look at last-update dates before I buy. Odoo Website Cart Cleaner is clearly looked after. Combined with usable docs, that is why it beat a cheaper abandoned add-on.

The translation strings in Odoo Website Cart Cleaner are slightly inconsistent and one filter could be faster. Functionally it does what we bought it for, and support did not disappear after payment.
