Magical Marquee replaced a messy mix of overrides we had been maintaining ourselves. Less to break on updates, and the back office screens are clear enough that our ops person did not need me on calls.

I compared the feature list on Shopify Magical Marquee with what landed in our back office. It is the same product. No surprise locked screens. Ratings would be 5 if the email templates were a bit nicer.

I look at last-update dates before I buy. Shopify Magical Marquee is clearly looked after. Combined with usable docs, that is why it beat a cheaper abandoned add-on.

We run more than one Shopify catalog. Magical Marquee is going on the second shop as well. Config is copyable enough that it will not be a project.

That is always my fear with Shopify modules. Magical Marquee sat beside our payment and shipping setup and did not fight them. We placed test orders the same evening and they looked right.
