Each hack broke on its own schedule. POS Home Delivery is one module, one vendor, one place to look when something is off. Worth it for that alone.

This was not a nice-to-have. Odoo POS Home Delivery solved a process we were doing in spreadsheets. Staff still mention it when they do not have to copy-paste between tools.

I checked overrides after installing POS Home Delivery. It did not spray files everywhere. Easier to live with on Odoo, which we still update ourselves.

That is always my fear with Odoo modules. POS Home Delivery sat beside our payment and shipping setup and did not fight them. We placed test orders the same evening and they looked right.
