I read the guide first — it was enough to install DealerShip Manager. Later we wanted a small behaviour change; support confirmed what was possible and what was not, which I prefer to a vague yes.

First pass at the config of DealerShip Manager I overcomplicated. Support said to start with the defaults. They were right. Running simply now.

Updated DealerShip Manager alongside a Magento patch last month. Cleared cache, checked the two flows we care about, done. That should be normal and often is not.

We had a patchwork of free tools doing half of this. DealerShip Manager is one place, one config, and the result is easier to explain to the rest of the team. Price was fair for that.
