I usually budget a week to make a new module usable. Odoo Website Payment Extra Fee was useful after install and a coffee. Tweaked two options and left it.

Website Payment Extra Fee replaced a messy mix of overrides we had been maintaining ourselves. Less to break on updates, and the back office screens are clear enough that our ops person did not need me on calls.
