I compared the feature list on PrestaShop Abandoned Cart Email Reminder with what landed in our back office. It is the same product. No surprise locked screens. Ratings would be 5 if the email templates were a bit nicer.

The translation strings in PrestaShop Abandoned Cart Email Reminder are slightly inconsistent and one filter could be faster. Functionally it does what we bought it for, and support did not disappear after payment.
