I usually budget a week to make a new module usable. PrestaShop Prime Plan | Customer Membership | Privilege Card was useful after install and a coffee. Tweaked two options and left it.

I read the guide first — it was enough to install Prime Plan. Later we wanted a small behaviour change; support confirmed what was possible and what was not, which I prefer to a vague yes.

We have been on Prime Plan long enough that I forget it is a third-party module. That is the compliment. When something does need a look, the logs and settings are where I expect them.

I tested Prime Plan on a staging copy first, then on production with real products. No surprises. A few labels I would word differently, but the behaviour is correct and that is what we paid for.

I have configured too many PrestaShop modules that dump 40 switches on one page. PrestaShop Prime Plan | Customer Membership | Privilege Card is grouped in a way that I could hand to a junior and not worry.

I look at last-update dates before I buy. PrestaShop Prime Plan | Customer Membership | Privilege Card is clearly looked after. Combined with usable docs, that is why it beat a cheaper abandoned add-on.

Prime Plan is focused. I would rather that than an “all in one” that is average at twelve jobs. We already have a PrestaShop stack; this fills a gap.

That is rare. After two weeks on PrestaShop Prime Plan | Customer Membership | Privilege Card the warehouse / support people did not want to go back. I am not uninstalling a tool they actually like.

The translation strings in PrestaShop Prime Plan | Customer Membership | Privilege Card are slightly inconsistent and one filter could be faster. Functionally it does what we bought it for, and support did not disappear after payment.
