Each hack broke on its own schedule. Custom Shipping Suit is one module, one vendor, one place to look when something is off. Worth it for that alone.

Custom Shipping Suit replaced a messy mix of overrides we had been maintaining ourselves. Less to break on updates, and the back office screens are clear enough that our ops person did not need me on calls.

I look at last-update dates before I buy. PrestaShop Custom Shipping Suit is clearly looked after. Combined with usable docs, that is why it beat a cheaper abandoned add-on.
