That was the test. If the store manager can use Language Translator by Google without a Zoom call, it is good enough. They could. A couple of tooltips would help, but we are fine.

Updated Language Translator by Google alongside a Magento patch last month. Cleared cache, checked the two flows we care about, done. That should be normal and often is not.

Each hack broke on its own schedule. Language Translator by Google is one module, one vendor, one place to look when something is off. Worth it for that alone.

We run more than one Magento catalog. Language Translator by Google is going on the second shop as well. Config is copyable enough that it will not be a project.

Language Translator by Google is focused. I would rather that than an “all in one” that is average at twelve jobs. We already have a Magento stack; this fills a gap.

I checked overrides after installing Language Translator by Google. It did not spray files everywhere. Easier to live with on Magento, which we still update ourselves.

That is always my fear with Magento modules. Language Translator by Google sat beside our payment and shipping setup and did not fight them. We placed test orders the same evening and they looked right.
