That was the test. If the store manager can use B2B Company Account without a Zoom call, it is good enough. They could. A couple of tooltips would help, but we are fine.

That is always my fear with Magento modules. B2B Company Account sat beside our payment and shipping setup and did not fight them. We placed test orders the same evening and they looked right.

I read the guide first — it was enough to install B2B Company Account. Later we wanted a small behaviour change; support confirmed what was possible and what was not, which I prefer to a vague yes.
