POS User Access Rights is focused. I would rather that than an “all in one” that is average at twelve jobs. We already have a Odoo stack; this fills a gap.

Updated POS User Access Rights alongside a Odoo patch last month. Cleared cache, checked the two flows we care about, done. That should be normal and often is not.

I read the guide first — it was enough to install POS User Access Rights. Later we wanted a small behaviour change; support confirmed what was possible and what was not, which I prefer to a vague yes.

We are not a pure B2C shop. Odoo POS User Access Rights did not assume every visitor is a guest with a coupon. That made the difference versus the last module we tried.

I look at last-update dates before I buy. Odoo POS User Access Rights is clearly looked after. Combined with usable docs, that is why it beat a cheaper abandoned add-on.

POS User Access Rights replaced a messy mix of overrides we had been maintaining ourselves. Less to break on updates, and the back office screens are clear enough that our ops person did not need me on calls.
