I tested RMA on a staging copy first, then on production with real products. No surprises. A few labels I would word differently, but the behaviour is correct and that is what we paid for.

That is always my fear with Magento modules. RMA sat beside our payment and shipping setup and did not fight them. We placed test orders the same evening and they looked right.

I checked overrides after installing RMA. It did not spray files everywhere. Easier to live with on Magento, which we still update ourselves.

That is rare. After two weeks on Magento RMA | Return, Refund, and Replace the warehouse / support people did not want to go back. I am not uninstalling a tool they actually like.

The translation strings in Magento RMA | Return, Refund, and Replace are slightly inconsistent and one filter could be faster. Functionally it does what we bought it for, and support did not disappear after payment.
