We are not a pure B2C shop. Magento Custom Maintenance Mode | Custom Field did not assume every visitor is a guest with a coupon. That made the difference versus the last module we tried.

Custom Maintenance Mode replaced a messy mix of overrides we had been maintaining ourselves. Less to break on updates, and the back office screens are clear enough that our ops person did not need me on calls.

The translation strings in Magento Custom Maintenance Mode | Custom Field are slightly inconsistent and one filter could be faster. Functionally it does what we bought it for, and support did not disappear after payment.
