First hour was settings. After that, Magento Stripe Payment Method With Refund just ran. That is what I want from a Magento module — not another dashboard I have to babysit.

That is rare. After two weeks on Magento Stripe Payment Method With Refund the warehouse / support people did not want to go back. I am not uninstalling a tool they actually like.
