I compared the feature list on PrestaShop Recently viewed products | Customers Browsing History with what landed in our back office. It is the same product. No surprise locked screens. Ratings would be 5 if the email templates were a bit nicer.

That was the test. If the store manager can use Recently viewed products without a Zoom call, it is good enough. They could. A couple of tooltips would help, but we are fine.
