We sell a messy mix of simple and combination products. Delivery Calendar and Time Slots did not assume everything is a single SKU. That is why it stayed installed.

I read the guide first — it was enough to install Delivery Calendar and Time Slots. Later we wanted a small behaviour change; support confirmed what was possible and what was not, which I prefer to a vague yes.
