1. Odoo ERP lets you make users for its sales app, like salespeople or sales managers.

2. The admin can set a maximum discount for salespeople on orders or quotations in the Sales App.

3. To add a user, Navigate to Settings -> Users & Companies -> Users.

4. Select the User you want to apply the discount % to. Open the Sales Discount Limit tab, enter your value, and update the user.

5. For Bulk Action, Navigate to Sales App -> Configuration -> User Limit -> Create Rule.

6. Select multiple users at once through the checkbox, and update the rule. All the selected users will be updated with the specified rule.

7. Now, if the user tries to enter a value at par with the mentioned value in the rule, the system will deny the access.

8. If the condition matches, the system will grant access.
